So you have come to a decision to sell your timeshare and are looking at your options. You have perhaps tried calling the resort from which you made your purchase and they either flatly said "no" or offered you a measly sum for your once very expensive and exclusive timeshare, right?

Then you looked at E-bay, Craigslist or some other sites and were yet again offered ridiculous amounts if at all.  After that or somewhere in between you probably called  a timeshare marketing company and their pitch sounded good, you took them up on their offer only to never be heard from again! 2) Ask, how do they Sell  timeshares?

The agent should have some knowledge on how they actually find interested buyers. Listen for specifics.

3) Is there a money back Guarantee ?

 All  credible and legitimate companies will have one.
